  On January 18, 2025, Yunnan Runjia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. successfully held its 2024 annual work summary meeting, themed "Thinking about Crisis, Retreat, and Change." More than 55 core management personnel, middle managers, and grassroots management cadres attended the meeting.

  

 

  The meeting agenda was mainly divided into four parts: analysis of annual production, analysis of financial status, analysis of annual sales, and annual work reports from various workshops and departments.

  In the morning, Assistant General Manager Liao Ruihui gave an objective, comprehensive, and thorough analysis of the company's fire safety, environmental protection, bulk material procurement, and branch company affairs. He proposed corresponding solutions to existing problems, providing strong data support for improving the company's management level and economic efficiency.

  

 

  Near noon, the company's production director, Zhang Chunli, reported on production, quality, and integrated management. He conducted a comprehensive review of the production process, highlighting achievements and identifying problems. Effective optimization measures were developed, along with clear goals and strategies for 2025, aiming to achieve the company's production and operation goals, create value, and provide a solid foundation for sales.

  In the afternoon, the company's vice president of sales, Li Yalong, reported on the entire sales system, including the 2024 sales performance, existing problems, and a comprehensive breakdown of the 2025 sales targets. Li Yalong's quote, "What peace there is, is only because some people are bearing the burden," highlighted the need for decisive action under extreme circumstances to achieve the annual sales targets.

  Finally, General Manager Li Gang fully affirmed the reports from various systems and personnel, acknowledging the achievements of various work. Based on the industry's development trends and changes in market demand, he outlined core business strategies and incentive mechanisms for the company's development.

  General Manager Li stated: "The future market presents both challenges and opportunities. We must transform current pressures and difficulties into motivation for progress. We will effectively implement market strategies and the "elite team leader" and "three-horse chariot" projects undertaken by various workshops and departments. By continuing to promote teamwork and a spirit of struggle, we will surely achieve consensus and create a new situation!"
