Job Requirements:
1. Abide by the company and workshop regulations, implement various production management systems, and obey the leader's assignments;
2. Work diligently and earnestly, complete production tasks according to the foreman's arrangements based on production instructions, ensuring quality and quantity;
3. Ensure safe and civilized production. Wear work clothes and protective gear during work hours, clean equipment and surrounding areas before leaving work, organize tools, protect public property, and respect colleagues;
4. Strive to learn relevant professional knowledge, continuously improve skills, and actively put forward rational suggestions to leaders;
5. After 3 months of apprenticeship, be able to work independently and operate equipment, perform processes, and fill out batch records for this position;
6. Education: Secondary specialized school, junior college or above; Pharmacy, Chinese Pharmacy, and Pharmaceutical Engineering majors.
