Runjia Mountain Spring bottled spring water, relying on an automated and intelligent production line, uses precise technology to create safe quality. The raw water is filtered through a quartz sand filter to remove impurities, an activated carbon filter to adsorb off-colors and odors, and a cation softener to optimize water hardness. It then undergoes sterilization by an ozone mixing system and is stored in a sterile finished water tank to ensure the water source is naturally pure.
Empty barrels are precisely loaded by an automatic barrel loading machine, and are 360° internally and externally cleaned by an automatic external washing machine and internal washing and disinfection machine. The barrels are automatically inverted to drain residual water, creating a sterile container. The filling process uses variable frequency constant pressure technology for automatic quantitative filling, precisely controlling the water volume and preserving the natural mineralized components of the spring water; a light box inspection removes defective barrels, and automatic coding gives each barrel of water a unique traceability code, making the entire process from water source purification to finished product completion traceable.
